How does this fitting lock?

A lever handle is operated by hand. The existing shop describes lifting the handle to engage the locking points, then turning the key. Our doors come with the Yale Lockmaster locking system; ask the installer to show you yours at handover.

Glazing & specification

Choose a lever handle or finger pull, in gold or chrome, with or without a letterbox and a knocker with spyhole. Glazed styles offer clear or obscure sandblasted glass. HHI confirms the final specification and price.

Survey, fitting & aftercare

Your door is made to measure. HHI confirms measurements, opening direction, finish and specification at survey. You approve the final details and price before manufacture. Once your survey is complete, the estimated manufacturing lead time is approximately 4 weeks, and HHI contacts you to arrange your installation date.

Your guarantee comes in the contract our surveyor brings to your survey, with a 10 year insurance backed warranty from HomePro; HHI’s terms set out what it covers. Read about guarantees and aftercare. The payment schedule is a 25% deposit on contract acceptance and the balance on completion, which HHI collects directly by SumUp payment link or bank transfer.
