Top quality doors mean happy customers

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, so it’s come as no surprise to us that we have so many happy customers out there.

Having recently become a Which? Trusted Trader, with 5* reviews and being recommended by 100% of our customers, we’re prouder than ever of our staff here at the Essex Composite Door Shop!

We know that you won’t just take our word for it, so we thought we’d have a look back at some of the customer reviews from the last few years.

“Excellent service from start to end. Very pleased with the finished product.”

Mr Nicholson

“Very happy with the final result, both doors and sidelights look fantastic. The fitter was very polite and hardworking, would highly recommend him (Ashley), an asset to the company.”

Mrs Heathcote

Was 100% satisfied , the quality of the doors supplied and the speed at which they were fitted could not be better. I will be returning in a few months to have my rear doors replaced.

Mr Squibb

“Have used them several times before, first time on the recommendation of neighbours and they are scheduled to build a porch later this year. Got a quote from another company as well. Essex Composites, to our knowledge and with the quality of their work came in very significantly lower than “the other company” – Result!!”

Mr Wilson

This company was a pleasure to deal with. I found them competitive in price. They were punctual, treated my home with care and I was very pleased with the windows and their fitters. An excellent company to deal with and I would recommend them. In fact, I already have.

Mr Einhorn

“This company was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service with good communications throughout the whole process. Competitive in price left everything clean and tidy . Very very pleased with the end result. We recommend.”

Mrs Manolache

We’re thrilled when we hear about such great service provided by our team, but we’re also not shocked.

We’ll always go that extra mile to ensure our customers get both top quality products and service from us.

Why not see what our other customers have to say and if you’ve already had a product from us, send us your review?

Only the best for our customers!
