Mike and Harry did an AMAZING job, as did Jordan in sales. This is the third time we’ve used Essex Composite Door Shop on different flats, the latest two were in deepest Kent, so they do travel!

Honestly, an amazing professional and quality bit of work! Can’t recommend them highly enough – thank you!

Great install at a reasonable price

Highly recommend!

Over the moon with our new door installed by Hainault Home Improvements . Installation was excellent and the photos of the door speak for themselves!

5 stars from me, the gentlemen who work here are above and beyond and the fitter was very professional and courteous.

Had a new front door and rear windows from HHI & are very happy with both them and the service provided by HHI throughout. The door itself seems to be extremely high quality & very secure (‘Solidor’ being the manufacturer), their prices were reasonable and the staff are professional and polite. Particularly Harry & Mike who did the installation and are clearly very good at what they do.

We received amazing service. We were putting new windows into a rental property, to which the tenants were due to have a baby within the next two months. Hainault Home Improvement Ltd (Essex Composite Door Shop’s sister company) were made aware of this situation and did everything they could to make sure the new windows were fitted well before the baby was due. I would definitely recommended.

Very professional and very competitive prices… Would highly recommend.

Very Friendly team from admin to fitter. Ordered door on 1st November and was fitted 2 weeks later. Fast and efficient. One very happy customer, thank you for a warm Christmas.

Very good quality work and price on the composite door bought and installed. Will use their services again.

After getting three quotes from all highly rated companies, I have found this one the most straightforward to design and order and the easiest to communicate with. The fitter did a fantastic job too! Great experience and really happy with our new door!

I used Hainault Home Improvements for my porch. Used them for windows, stairs, the porch and soffits and fascia boards on different occasions and always found them to be competitively priced, tidy workers and no subsequent issues. If you order the door via their dedicated composite door website you can shave a couple of hundred off that too

Hainault Home Improvements did our doors and my Dad’s. Very pleased also very reasonable too.

Sash windows and doors. From the measuring up to the final stage, we could not have wished for better service. Fabulous windows and doors. All fitted by excellent fitters, who went above and beyond. Left everything clean and tidy. A really professional service that deserves recognition. Highly recommended.

Punctual good customer service would recommend them to friends and family and will definitely use them again.

I had a set of PVC windows and French double doors installed by Hainault Home Improvements. They did a superb job – very pleased with the quality of workmanship and finish. I was expecting some damage to the surrounding wall plaster but there was barely any at all, and they also cleaned up everywhere afterward. Very satisfied and would recommend them.

Nice work. Everything installed on time.

I’ve had my door fitted today and I can thoroughly recommend this company. From the first contact to the last I have been happy with the service. Honest, competent, and quality work, and my new door look amazing. The lovely fitter was tidy and polite and explained everything very well. I would 100% recommend it.

This is the second time we have used Hainault Home Improvements. We would use them again. Good service and always happy to come back and address any problems.

We recently purchased a composite front door from Hainault Home Improvements Limited. We are extremely pleased with our door, and it’s had endless comments… even from passers by! The product is of brilliant quality and the highest security. Not only does it look gorgeous it is so well made. The team – from ordering to fit – were very professional, extremely helpful and timely. This company comes highly recommended.

Excellent service and standard of door. Very happy customer.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service with good communications throughout the whole process. Competitive in price. Left everything clean and tidy. Very very pleased with the end result. We recommend.

Despite various problems with the installation, mainly due to the age of this property, the contractors were able to overcome these and finished in a timely and efficient manner.

Hainault Home Improvements Ltd provided excellent polite service, quality products with a reasonable price. The whole experience from start to finish in dealing with this company was above expectation.

Very happy with the final result, both doors and sidelights look fantastic. The fitter was very polite and hardworking, would highly recommend him (Ashley), an asset to the company.

Was 100% satisfied , the quality of the doors supplied and the speed at which they were fitted could not be better. I will be returning in a few months to have my rear doors replaced.

Have used them several times before, first time on the recommendation of neighbours and they are scheduled to build a porch later this year. Got a quote from another company as well. Essex Composites, to our knowledge and with the quality of their work came in very significantly lower than “the other company” – Result!!

This company was a pleasure to deal with. I found them competitive in price. They were punctual, treated my home with care and I was very pleased with the windows and their fitters. An excellent company to deal with and I would recommend them. In fact, I already have.
